Pediatric Orthopedic Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our pediatric orthopedic practice. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families and is comfortable in a busy medical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer multi-line phones and manage messages.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Check patients in and out and update demographic/insurance information.
• Assist with referrals, medical records, and other office paperwork.
• Perform data entry and use EMR and Microsoft Office programs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and clinical team.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with computers, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
