Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as a first point of contact for customers, visitors, and team members. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and enjoys providing excellent customer service while supporting daily office activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Respond to general questions and provide helpful information.
• Assist customers with routine requests and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating routine office activities.
• Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks.
• Help coordinate communication between customers and office staff.
• Assist with organizing office materials and supplies.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotional opportunities when appropriate.
• Help ensure daily front office activities run smoothly.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Previous receptionist, front office, administrative, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
