Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Clerk to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bilingual (SPANISH) or multilingual abilities are a MUST.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Assist with night audit duties as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
• Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
• Experience
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the medical industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing reservations and guest requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
