Position: Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a positive first impression for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English , Malayalam and Hindi be capable of handling administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
• Maintain visitor records and front office registers.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and emails.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
• Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist in basic office coordination and communication activities.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate.
• Freshers may apply.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English,Malayalam,Hindi.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Smart, confident, and customer-service oriented.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a professional office environment.

Experience:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Administrative roles preferred.
