Receptionist

Overview

Forest Hill Dental Care are looking for a receptionist to join our team! The successful candidate must have good communication skills and maintain a calm, professional and friendly experience to patients. Busy 7 surgery mixed NHS & Private practice.

This position will require you to use your own judgement and have a supportive, sensitive approach to resolving any issues that may arise.

Duties

• Greeting patients
• Answering phone calls
• Using dentally dental software to book patient appointments
• Administration duties
• Ensuring payments are taken properly
• Cashing up

Previous experience within the dental setting is preferable but not essential, training will be provided.

Working hours: FULL TIME. Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6/7pm & occasional Saturdays if required

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
