Duties

• Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
• Screen incoming calls and route them to appropriate personnel, accurately and courteously, while providing exceptional customer support
• Handle data entry tasks with precision
• Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and meetings using software such as Microsoft Outlook
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operational needs and project goals.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination
• Bilingual abilities
• Experience with Call Screening and Routing
• Experience managing phone systems
• Experience with calendar management and handling confidential information with discretion

Pay: From $12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
