We are looking for a friendly individual with excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming presence to join our growing team as a Receptionist.

About the role

The role includes (but is not limited to):

• Welcoming patients into the practice
• Close communication between the admin and clinical teams
• Managing multiple phone lines
• Opening up / closing down of the practice
• Maintaining patient records
• Organisation of referrals
• Use of Dentally dental software for the smooth running of appointment book including bookings, cancellations and confirmations
• Recalls
• Post op calls
• Monitoring and responding to emails
• Use of eftpos machine / claiming through hi-caps, private health funds, Medicare CDBS and billing of DVA, HNEH and Medico Legal

Skills and experience

Experience not essential. 
Admin experience an advantage, especially in a healthcare/medical setting. 
Training provided.
