The Opportunity

This is a part-time position involving an expected workload of approximately 19 hours per week.

As the first person our clients meet, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. You will also be the friendly face of our clinic and a vital support to our clinical team, helping us deliver seamless, top-notch care to all of our patients.

Your key duties will include but not be limited to:

• Greeting clients warmly and managing front desk operations.
• Scheduling appointments and handling phone and email enquiries.
• Processing payments and managing health fund claims via HICAPS.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless clinic operations.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be someone who:

• Has minimum 6 months' experience in a healthcare or reception role with experience using medical practice management software (highly advantageous).
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Is proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new software.
