Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients, families, and visitors, answering questions and providing directions as needed
• Respond to phone calls and emails, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software a plus
