Receptionist

Receptionist Position - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Law Office in search of a skilled Receptionist with at least 1 year of law firm experience, proficient in English and Spanish.

• Responsibilities include answering phones, secretarial tasks, and assisting the Operations department.
• Specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation law.
• This role provides a pathway for advancement within the legal industry. Future opportunities include pre-litigation support and Case Management roles.

Compensation:

$19 - $22 hourly depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Answering busy multi-line phones
• Work with our case management software (Neos)
• Set appointments
• Receive and distribute all incoming US mail
• Receive and distribute all incoming electronic faxes
• Receive and distribute incoming office e-mail
• Maintain the mailroom and supplies
• Manage the lobby and front desk commons
• Manage supply inventory - office, kitchen, and cleaning
• Prepare basic correspondence based on templates provided

Qualifications:

• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent computer skills
• MS Office Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with our law firm
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
• MUST be fluent in Spanish and English
