Receptionist

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and responsible Receptionist to join our day spa team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves managing client appointments, answering inquiries, and supporting the overall client experience in a relaxing and professional environment. Experience with or willingness to learn about our services, including brow waxing, lash lifts, brow laminations, body waxing, and skin treatments, is highly valued. The successful candidate should be attentive to detail, quick to learn, and comfortable working with people.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Manage appointment scheduling for various spa services, including brow waxing, lash lifts, brow laminations, body waxing, and skin treatments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a relaxing atmosphere.
• Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Support the spa team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Learn about the spa’s services to assist clients effectively and answer basic questions about treatments offered.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Pay: $14.70 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
