Receptionist – Driving Range (Golf Facility)

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at a busy driving range and golf training facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys golf, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a positive, active sports environment.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience for all golfers and visitors. You will support daily operations at the front desk and assist with customer service, bookings, and general facility flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
• Handle check-ins, bookings, and payments
• Answer phone and email inquiries
• Assist golfers with questions about the facility, programs, and services
• Support staff with daily operations and organization
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Help ensure smooth flow during busy peak hours

• Basic computer and POS system experience (training provided)

Schedule

Flexible shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on facility needs.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
