Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
• Handle daily mail, courier services, and deliveries
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
• Provide general support to office staff and management
• Ensure smooth communication between departments and external parties
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Perform clerical duties such as purchasing, photocopying, and printer coordination
• Update and maintain company databases, including data cleaning (removing duplicates, standardizing data)
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field or equivalent
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and positive attitude
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Able to work at Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
