Receptionist

• Welcome and greet customers warmly when they enter the showroom.
• Attend to customer enquiries and guide them to the appropriate sales executive or department.
• Manage the reception desk and maintain a professional front-office environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
• Record customer details and maintain visitor/customer records.
• Assist customers with basic information about showroom products, offers, services, and facilities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Manage customer waiting areas and ensure a comfortable experience.
• Receive and direct visitors, appointments, and business enquiries.
• Support customer feedback and complaint communication to the concerned department.
• Assist with basic administrative and front-office activities.
• Maintain proper grooming, professional appearance, and courteous communication at all times.
• Follow showroom policies, customer service standards, and security procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
