Receptionist

Tribeca Dental Design is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth administrative process.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries
• Verify and update patient information in our system
• Coordinate and communicate with the dental team to maintain a seamless workflow
• Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area
• Process insurance claims and assist patients with billing inquiries

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
• Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs)
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
