Job Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a refined and personalized welcome that reflects our commitment to exceptional dining experiences. This role requires strong attention to detail, poise under pressure, and the ability to manage reservations and guest flow with efficiency and grace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with accuracy and efficiency
• Guide guests to their tables while ensuring a seamless transition to service
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with tact and urgency
• Answer calls and provide accurate information on reservations, menu offerings, and events
• Confirm reservations and ensure all booking details are complete and up to date
• Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special occasions to the service team
• Maintain and update guest profiles, including important dates and dining preferences
• Ensure the reception area is consistently clean, organized, and reflective of brand standards

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in a restaurant, hotel, or fine dining setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
