Receptionist

Cradle Hospital is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills while creating a welcoming environment for every patient.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
• Maintain patient records and update information accurately.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Guide patients regarding consultation timings, hospital services, and procedures.
• Handle billing support, payment collection, and issue receipts when required.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
• Monitor daily appointments and manage waiting times efficiently.
• Handle incoming emails, messages, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support the administration team with day-to-day office operations.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and basic data entry).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Knowledge of hospital management software is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Qualification: 10th, 12th, Diploma, or Any Degree.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
