Receptionist

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our local Team.

We’re offering a traineeship for an exciting entry-level opportunity with full on-the-job training. This traineeship is ideal for someone looking to start their career and gain practical, hands-on experience in a supportive environment. You will be the face of our Townsville office and will play an integral part in the efficient and effective running of our office.

You will be part of Townsville's number one commercial and industrial real estate agency! You will need to be willing to work as a part of a collaborative and successful team.

Colliers is a dynamic and professional team specialising in commercial and industrial real estate; including sales and leasing of retail, industrial & commercial properties and commercial property management.

About the Role:

Reception duties.

General office duties – eg: answering the phone, mail collection, banking, purchase office consumables, planning for meetings.

Maintaining key registers.

Assisting Sales and Leasing and Property Management Departments as required.

About You:

Exceptional presentation, numeracy and communication skills.

Outstanding customer service and telephone manner.

High attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills.

Experience in MS Office programs.

A current drivers’ licence.

Experience in Adobe - Desirable.

A "can-do" attitude.

No experience necessary.
