Receptionist

Role & responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Attend and manage incoming calls and enquiries.
• Handle the reception area and visitor coordination.
• Manage the MDs appointments, schedules, and reminders.
• Assist the MD with personal and official tasks as required.
• Handle confidential information and documents with discretion.
• Coordinate with staff, clients, vendors, and external parties as required.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the MD/Management.
