Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first and only point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, and sufficiently answer their requested questions, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Maintain the suite/store front in an organized and tidy manner.

Skills

• Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills.
• Experience in office administration or as a clerk is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
