Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Receptionist to manage reception operations and support the overall functioning of our spa and wellness facility. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client check-ins and check-outs professionally, in person, over the phone, and via online channels
• Handle bookings, scheduling, and maintain accurate client records
• Coordinate effectively with therapists and other team members to support daily operations
• Address client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and composure
• Process payments accurately and maintain proper documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
• Follow company policies and procedures rigorously
• Provide administrative support as required

Required Skills & Values

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) strict requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional experience
• Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
• Highly responsible, reliable, and accountable
• Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks
• Punctual and consistent in attendance
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Honest, proactive, and able to work independently
