What they need
We're looking for a receptionist who is organised, confident working alone and has great customer service. Immediate start, availability for extra shifts during training would be ideal.
About you
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service-based role desirable
- A positive, will-try-anything attitude
- Confident, resourceful and loves a challenge
- A great multi-tasker who can juggle responsibilities
- Have working rights in Australia
- Ability to work 30 hours or more a week
General tasks include taking payments, showing potential guests available rooms and facilities, answering phone and email enquiries, processing check ins/check outs and cleaning duties.
Casual position, currently 4 days per week Monday to Thursday (approx 30 hours) with the possibility of an extra day/weekend shifts when required. Shift times are 9:30am-5:30pm. Hospitality award rates.
Training will be provided.
