Receptionist

Position: Receptionist | Location: Box Hill, Victoria

We’re on the hunt for a people-person who’s organised, energetic, and ready to be the welcoming face to join their team at their Box Hill branch. As a receptionist, you’ll be the go-to for keeping things running smoothly, providing exceptional customer service to all our stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating a warm, professional first impression for everyone visiting the branch.
• Answering and directing incoming calls.
• Managing emails, mail, and deliveries.
• Keeping the office well stocked, neat and organised.
• Helping schedule appointments and coordinate foot traffic.
• Assisting with resume creation to help job seekers put their best foot forward for work opportunities.
• Customer Service and administrative tasks like data entry and filing.

We're looking for

• Strong communicator, one who takes pride in their customer service approach.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good at juggling priorities in a team environment.
• Someone with full Australian working rights.
