Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team.

The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work a mixture of day and night shifts, including weekends, as part of a rota.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to enquiries.
• Manage bookings, appointments and general reception enquiries.
• Monitor the reception area and ensure it remains welcoming and organised.
• Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
• Complete general administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
• Deal with queries promptly and professionally.
• Follow reception and security procedures.
• Provide support to colleagues and other departments when required.
• Work a combination of day and night shifts, including weekends.

• Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
