Cornerstone Chiropractic is one of the most respected practices in the Warrenton area and we're growing fast. We're looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist & Therapy Tech to join our team — someone who can own the front desk experience AND get cross-trained on our therapy floor.

This is not your average receptionist job. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that genuinely cares about each other and every patient who walks through our doors. Our patients come in hurting and leave with their lives back. You get to be part of that every single day.

What you'll do:

• Be the first face patients see — greet every person warmly and professionally
• Manage scheduling, check-ins, check-outs, and patient flow
• Answer phones and texts, handle appointment reminders and follow-ups
• Get cross-trained on therapy services including decompression and cold laser
• Assist the clinical team with patient care as needed
• Collect payments and assist with basic billing tasks
• Ask patients for referrals and Google reviews — yes, this is part of the job and we make it fun

What we're looking for:

• Warm, outgoing personality — patients feel your energy the second you say hello
• Tech savvy — you pick up new software quickly and don't get flustered by it
• Reliable and on time — every shift, every day
• Strong attention to detail — payments, scheduling, and records have to be right
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Character matters more than a resume here
