Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:We are seeking a well-presented and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, manage client interactions, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to clients/guests in a warm and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
• Manage bookings, appointments, and reservations
• Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and assist with client needs
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Receive payments and issue receipts when required
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle basic administrative duties (filing, emails, record keeping)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good appearance and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking systems, etc.)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm

Preferred Qualifications:

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or customer service is an advantage
