Receptionist

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries
• Provide accurate information about salon services, prices, and promotions
• Process client payments and reception transactions
• Coordinate with the salon team to ensure a smooth client experience
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a beauty salon is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
• Familiarity with appointment booking or salon management systems is a plus
