Frontline Receptionist Role:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth.

• Schedule appointments, register patients, and manage inquiries with efficiency.

• Handle invoicing, payment collection, and general correspondence (email, messages, letters, etc.).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
