Receptionist

About the role

House Of Orange Seseh is looking for a detail-oriented and highly communicative receptionist who will focus primarily on handling all incoming WhatsApp messages from international clients. This role is communication-driven. You will be the first point of contact for clients and represent the tone, professionalism and warmth of House Of Orange through written communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all incoming WhatsApp messages and answer questions about treatment, availability and bookings
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients, including in more complex situations
• Support the front desk with scheduling and smooth client flow

About you

• Excellent written English and write fluently and professionally
• Communicate with warmth, clarity and attention to detail
• Feel confident handling client questions, changes and expectations via text
• Understand that written communication is a key part of the client experience
