We are looking for a personable, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to create exceptional first impressions and deliver outstanding guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and support seamless Front-of-House operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Coordinate guest flow with the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Provide information on menus, promotions, and upcoming events.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organised reception area.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and promote special offerings.
• Assist with FOH operations, events, and administrative tasks as needed.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a 5-month seasonal contract.

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
