Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professional Hospital Receptionist to manage the front desk, assist patients and visitors, handle calls, and ensure smooth reception operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors professionally.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and provide accurate information.

• Manage patient appointments, registrations, and inquiries.

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.

• Maintain patient and reception-related records.

• Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services and procedures.

• Handle basic billing/payment-related coordination when required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

• Resolve basic patient queries and escalate issues to the concerned department.

• Perform other front-desk and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Hospital Receptionist / Front Desk Executive.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional and polite attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle patients and attendants calmly and efficiently.

• Good coordination and multitasking skills.

• Previous hospital/healthcare experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
