Receptionist

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors politely.
• Register patient details in the hospital system/register.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Answer phone calls and provide information about hospital services.
• Guide patients to the correct department or doctor.
• Maintain patient records and daily OPD register.
• Collect consultation fees and give receipts if required.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
• Handle patient queries and provide basic information about treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization at the reception desk.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi / Marathi / English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Polite and patient-friendly behavior
• Ability to manage multiple patients at the front desk
• Location Ulhasnagar
