Receptionist

Zubke Family Dentistry is currently seeking a highly motivated, dependable, friendly and professional receptionist to join our team! We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and strong work ethic to be the first smiling face to greet our patients.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients
Set a tone for a positive experience
Call patients with appointment reminders
Fill canceled appointments
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and answer patient questions
Other front office tasks such as pulling and filing charts and keeping paperwork up to date
Essential Job Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong ability to take initiative
Strong sense of personal responsibility, dependability and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse patient base
