About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Miami, FL team and support daily front desk and event office operations. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing incoming communications, and ensuring a professional and organized front desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and visitor check-in
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests
