• Welcoming and assisting patients professionally
• Handling calls and appointment scheduling
• Managing front-desk activities and patient records
• Coordinating with the clinical and administrative team

**Requirements:**

• Good communication skills
• Professional and pleasant attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, beauty, or healthcare environment is preferred
