Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and friendly Receptionist to manage front-desk activities, welcome guests, handle calls, and provide basic administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors and guests professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and basic inquiries.
• Maintain visitor and guest records.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding visitors and appointments.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organized.
• Handle basic documentation, emails, and data entry.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with event teams when required.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and guests.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, polite, and confident personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle guests and calls professionally.

Salary: As per experience and interview.
