Job Description

• Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to VIP Clients/Guests
• Inform and Follow up clients about their appointment
• POS (encode sales & schedule appointments)
• Keep records of client treatments
• Assist customers with answers to queries, and proffer solutions to issues within your capacity
• Ensure that clients make payment for services before they enter & exit the establishments.
• Communicate with other staff, on clients’ bookings
• Keep clear records of payments received and make detailed notes of balance payments

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Receptionist
• Have recent experience working in Spa or Facial clinics is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette
• with Pleasing Personality
• Possess retentive memory to remember bookings
• Good customer Service and Ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to maintain orderliness and cleanliness
• Knowledgeable in POS, Cash,Credit and QR transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php550.00 per day
