Salon Receptionist (Full-Time)

Glow Salon – Central, Hong Kong

Glow Salon is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionists to join our team in Central.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and keeping our busy salon running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients upon arrival and manage the client lounge and beverage service.

• Handle appointment bookings and client inquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Coordinate client timing and liaise directly with our hairdressers and therapists.

• Manage POS systems, process payments (cash/card), and handle daily payment reconciliations and petty cash.

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked front-of-house area.

• Oversee deliveries, mail, online orders, and coordinate with service technicians as needed.

• Work closely with the salon owners to support day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and/or Cantonese.

• Previous experience in a salon, spa, or customer-facing hospitality/retail environment.

• Strong computer literacy and confidence using messaging platforms and social media.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Well-groomed, presentable, and comfortable interacting face-to-face with clients.

• Full-Time Schedule: 45 hours per week (including lunch breaks), working Saturdays with two days off.
