Your Impactful Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, managing seamless check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth start and end to their stay.
• Efficiently manage switchboard operations, directing calls and relaying messages accurately to staff and guests.
• Maintain precise guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are balanced and recorded correctly.
• Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and proactive customer service, anticipating needs and resolving queries with a smile.

Who You Are

• An individual with proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a natural ability to connect with people.

• Equipped with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficient in using IT systems.

• Possessing a friendly, professional demeanour and a dedicated guest-focused attitude.

• Driven by a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences.
