Receptionist

Talento has partnered with a global financial institution searching for a receptionist to be the first point of contact for the organization. The ideal candidate will offer administrative support across the organization and welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Oversee daily reception operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all visitors and employees.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries related to office services, facilities, and workplace procedures
• Coordinate visitor access requirements with building management and internal stakeholders
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Portuguese fluency required

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Financial services experience a plus
