Receptionist

Patient Relations & Front Desk Management

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly as they arrive at the clinic.
• Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and professional.
• Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and route calls to appropriate medical staff.
• Coordinate patient registration, ensuring all intake forms and demographic details are accurate.

Scheduling & Appointments

• Schedule and confirm appointments utilizing our clinic management software.
• Optimize patient flow by monitoring the doctor's schedule and managing wait times.
• Follow up on missed appointments or handle cancellations and rescheduling efficiently.

Administrative & Financial Duties

• Maintain patient records with high confidentiality, adhering to healthcare privacy regulations.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash flow or billing cycles.
• Coordinate medical files, laboratory reports, and prescriptions for the medical team.
• Manage office inventory by tracking and ordering front-desk supplies as needed.

office hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

English, Telugu and Hindi ( Should be very Good at English)
