Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage the reception area and provide excellent support to visitors, clients, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records.
• Handle emails, messages, courier, and general correspondence.
• Provide information and assistance to customers and visitors.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth front-office operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-friendly approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and office equipment.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently.
• Previous experience in reception, front office, or customer service is preferred.
• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
