Receptionist

This position is full time, in person, and located in Innsbrook.

General Summary:

Greets patients and obtains pertinent personal and insurance information, facilitates in the exchange of information between physicians, other health care providers, nursing staff, and others. Serves as the first point of contact for patients, both in office and on the telephone. Maintains professional composure at all times. Prior medical office experience required.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Greets patients in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.

2. Professionally administer all incoming phone calls and reroute as needed.

3. Oversee the patient check-in process by collecting and entering required patient information into electronic medical record system while maintaining professional attitude and confidentiality.

4. Maintain patient waiting room appearance and supplies.
