Receptionist

Our company in Phoenix is growing, and the office is getting busier. We are looking for a Receptionist who brings a friendly, confident presence to the front desk and helps people feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

You will be someone who enjoys meeting people, stays organized when several things need your attention, and takes pride in helping the day run smoothly.

Your day at the front desk

• Welcome clients and visitors and let the team know they have arrived
• Help guests find their meeting room and feel comfortable while they wait
• Answer calls, take messages, and pass questions to the right colleague
• Keep appointments and meeting room calendars up to date
• Prepare rooms for client meetings and keep the reception area presentable
• Help with mail, deliveries, and other routine office tasks

What we would like from you

You are friendly, dependable, and comfortable speaking with different people. You can keep track of appointments, notice when something needs attention, and ask questions when you are unsure.

Previous receptionist experience is welcome, but it is not required. If you have helped customers or guests in another setting and would like to move into an office role, we would be glad to hear from you.

You will receive paid training, work a consistent weekday schedule, and get to know how a creative business operates from the front of the office.
