Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors at the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors professionally.
• Attend and direct incoming phone calls.
• Guide customers to the relevant sales, service, or accounts department.
• Maintain visitor and customer records where required.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Coordinate appointments and customer visits.
• Receive and manage incoming correspondence and documents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist the administration team with basic clerical tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure customers are attended to promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
• Perform other front-desk and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, front-desk officer, or customer service representative will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and presentable personality.
• Good command of Urdu and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a busy customer-facing environment.
