Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Receptionist cum Admission Counsellor to be the first point of contact for our school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome parents, students, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Manage the school reception and ensure a warm and positive first impression.
• Direct parents and visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings with the Principal, management, and teachers.
• Handle new admission enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
• Explain the school's CBSE curriculum, academic programs, facilities, activities, fee structure, and admission process to parents.
• Maintain accurate admission enquiry and conversion records.
• Support the school in achieving admission targets while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience as a School Receptionist, Admission Counsellor, Front Office Executive, Education Counsellor, or School Administrator is preferred.
• Experience in a CBSE school or educational institution will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in handling school admissions and parent counselling will be preferred.
