Receptionist

Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Provide accurate information about the company, services, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
