Receptionist

Inspire Barbershop is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our team every Saturday. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll help create a welcoming experience and keep our busy day running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and assist with check-ins.
• Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
• Process payments accurately.
• Help keep the reception area and shop clean and presentable.

Qualifications:

• Reliable availability every Saturday for a 9-hour shift.
• Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Previous reception or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with appointment booking software is an asset.
• Ability to commute reliably to our Unionville location.

• Schedule: Saturdays only, 9 hours per week

• Work setting: In person

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9.0 per week
