Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, and support our office operations. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in customer support

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and colleagues with a positive and professional demeanor
• Manage the front desk and ensure that the office is tidy and organized
• Provide top-notch customer support, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Provide a review of menu items to clients, including answering questions on the CRM, Check clients out at end of service including the billing and rebooking of a new appointment
• Utilize Booker scheduling and billing
• Support the nursing staff in clients request and coordinating medical appointments
• Maintain confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an office setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  -Experience in sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Interest in Health and Wellness and dedicated to continue learning
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive and professional attitude
