About the role

MJK MEDICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC CLINIC is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team in Ermita, Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that serves as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and stakeholders. As Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing administrative support that ensures a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our organisation. This role is critical to maintaining the professional image and operational efficiency of our company.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner
• Answering and directing telephone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
• Managing the reception desk and maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming work environment
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate calendars for senior staff members
• Processing mail, parcels, and courier deliveries
• Providing general information about the company and assisting visitors with directions and inquiries
• Maintaining visitor logs and security protocols
• Supporting administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
• Liaising between departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
• Handling inquiries related to medical administration processes and directing them appropriately

What we're looking for

• COLLEGE GRADUATE OF 4 YEARS IN HUMAN RESOURCES, PSYCHOLOGY OR ANY RELATED COURSE
• PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL CLINIC OR ANY HEALTHCARE FOR ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, and telephone switchboard systems
• Professional demeanour with a friendly and patient approach to handling inquiries and complaints
• Knowledge of medical administration terminology and processes is preferred
• Familiarity with medical and clinic operations is advantageous
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriate
